Scope and Acceptance

This Shipping and Returns document applies to every order for women's shoes placed through tpkksneakers.com and fulfilled by Yiu Wai Limited. Submitting an order confirms that the customer has read, understood, and accepted every term stated here. Yiu Wai Limited applies these terms uniformly to all customers and all destinations.

Order Processing

Orders are reviewed and prepared after payment is confirmed. Processing requires verification of the delivery address, stock availability, and payment authorization. When payment authorization is delayed, dispatch is delayed by the same amount of time. Customers receive a dispatch notification once the carrier accepts the parcel.

Delivery Standards

Delivery timelines depend on the destination region and the carrier serving that region. Standard delivery applies to all destinations. Remote areas require additional transit time. Yiu Wai Limited does not guarantee delivery on a specific calendar day, and no delivery estimate communicated by any party creates a contractual deadline.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Yiu Wai Limited is not responsible for failed delivery caused by an incorrect address, an inaccessible location, or the absence of a recipient at the time of delivery. When a parcel is returned to the sender as undeliverable, the customer bears the cost of redelivery.

14-Day No-Reason Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund for any reason within exactly 14 days of receiving the order. No justification is required. The refund request must be submitted within this 14-day period, and the returned item must be dispatched within the same 14-day period. Requests submitted after the 14-day period expires are declined.

Return Shipping Costs

The buyer completely bears the return shipping costs. Yiu Wai Limited does not reimburse return postage, packaging costs, insurance, customs charges, or any other expense connected with returning an item. Shipments returned without prepaid postage are rejected and sent back to the sender.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Original packaging consists of the shoe box, the protective inserts, and every material supplied with the order. Items showing signs of wear, outdoor use, or alteration are not accepted. Items returned without original packaging are not accepted. Every returned item is inspected upon arrival at the return address. Items that fail these conditions are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

Any claim for a damaged or defective item must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. The 7-day period begins on the date the carrier confirms delivery. Claims submitted after the 7-day period expires are declined. A claim must include the order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photographic evidence of the item and its packaging. Yiu Wai Limited evaluates each claim and determines whether a replacement, a repair, or a refund applies. This 7-day claim period matches the claim period stated in the Terms of Service.

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1. Submit a refund request to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the order.

Step 2. Provide the order number, the item description, and the reason for the return inside that request.

Step 3. Wait for written confirmation from Yiu Wai Limited. A return is not authorized until this confirmation is issued.

Step 4. Pack the item in its original packaging and include every material supplied with the order.

Step 5. Ship the parcel to the authorized return address. The recipient must be Yiu Wai Limited, the contact phone is +852 9133 3332, and the specific return address is Hung Cheong Factory Building Phase 2, 1 Ming Kum Road, Tuen Mun.

Step 6. Send the tracking number to [email protected] after dispatch.

Step 7. Wait for inspection. Yiu Wai Limited inspects the returned item after it arrives at the return address.

Step 8. Receive the refund decision. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Refund Timing

Refund arrival time is at least 14 days. This period begins when Yiu Wai Limited approves the refund. The 14-day period covers inspection, internal processing, and transmission to the payment provider. Additional time is required by the customer's bank or card issuer before the funds appear on the account statement.

PayPal Refunds

PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Local laws require up to 30 days for PayPal refunds in some regions. Customers in those regions must allow up to 30 days for the refund to arrive. Customers contact Yiu Wai Limited when a PayPal refund has not arrived after the applicable period.

Cancellation is available before dispatch. After dispatch, the order follows the return process described in this document.
